Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment may be required prior to pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.Because each loaf is handmade in small batches, availability may vary.

Cottage Food Disclosure

D’s Sweet Bread is a licensed Nevada Cottage Food Operation. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food safety inspections.Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time and location. If delivery is offered, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can make it right whenever possible.

Product Appearance

Because all products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, texture, size, and color may occur. We take pride in crafting each loaf fresh and individually.

Limitation of Liability

D’s Sweet Bread is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by ingredients or cross-contact with allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any concerns prior to ordering.
